Punishment sock

So, my kids think I swear too much, specifically 1 and 3. At first, they were threatening me with a swear jar. Then 1 announces that instead of a swear jar, he is going to make me a swear sock. He is going to add a quarter every time I swear. Eventually, the sock will become a weapon to teach me not to swear. 3 decided to add her two cents and have a second butter sock. They decided I'd have to choose A or B and be hit with that sock. I could either end up with internal bruising or smeared with butter. 3 thought it would be good to freeze it, but 1 said that would be too painful, forgetting the fact that a sock full of quarters is pretty brutal.
