As a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist, I continually look for ways to improve my knowledge of teaching and technology. I have an Associates in General Education, a Bachelors in Child Development, and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology.
My most recent experience involved all aspects of Training delivery including developing, delivering, evaluating and implementing improvement processes. Each training was evaluated to ensure it adhered to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion standards.
In addition to conducting professional development trainings, I am also an approved Accreditation Observer for National Association for Family Child Care Providers (NAFCC) and Professional Development Specialist for the CDA through the Council for Professional Recognition.
